Refund Policy

1. Contest Entry Fees
Entry fees paid for contests are generally non-refundable once the contest has started. If a contest is cancelled by MyGlobal11 before the match begins, entry fees will be refunded to your wallet within a reasonable period.
2. Cancelled or Abandoned Matches
If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or declared no-result by the official governing body, we will refund contest entry fees or settle contests as per the rules displayed for that contest. Refunds will be credited to your MyGlobal11 wallet.
3. Wallet Balance
Unused wallet balance remains in your account for future use. Withdrawal of winnings is subject to our withdrawal policy and verification requirements. We do not refund cash added to the wallet except where required by law or in case of a proven technical error on our side.
4. Technical Errors
In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect deduction or failed contest entry, please contact support with details. We will investigate and, where appropriate, credit your wallet or allow re-entry as per our internal policy.
5. Disputes
Any dispute regarding refunds or contest settlement should be raised with our support team at support@myglobal11.com. We will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and in accordance with our terms and contest rules.
